Cassie's First Week Experence

Day 1 - Dec. 21, 2011 - I have taken the Velocity Energy Boost prior to getting to work to see if I would be able to have more energy and stay focused at work. I found exactly what I was looking for. I found by taking Velocity I did not have the computer munchies and not looking for something to distract me from the daunting days tasks. I did find that I was quenching thirst and had to call Clint to bring me water. He ended up bringing me a full case of water and I found myself drinking about three water bottles that day! I have never been one to just drink plain water, always had to sweeten it up with the powder drinks. So I am excited for that.

Day 3 - Dec 23, 2011 - Again found my self with lots of energy and was able to be productive at work. Sweets were not calling to me but with the holidays and filling up awesome Paint Buckets with sweets for contractors (I work for a Paint Contracting Company) found me munching on a few treats. That evening called for shopping and getting odds and ends done for Christmas. My kiddos were starting to get hungry and with them being almost good, decided to stop by McDonald's to let them eat and play to get wiggles out. I had my self a Chicken Bacon Ranch salad and found that it stratified my cravings and counted the running from store to store as my partial exercise.

Day 4,5,6 - Dec 24th-27th, 2011 - Wow what a difference not taking Velocity does. I did not feel like I needed it; however it was not the same as the previous days. I just got caught up in not taking it each morning with Christmas morning, then sleeping in on my day off and then just plain old not getting up with enough time to eat a proper breakfast. I also found that over this weekend I gained two of the four pounds back. Bummer. .

Day 7 - Dec 28th, 2011 - Back to the Velocity! It has been a great tool to allow myself to stay focused. I feel as though I am able to get my work tasks done and be able to allow my concentration to not wonder off. With the energy that I get from Velocity it just has made a world of difference for me. We had a family party; I must say I was not in a great mood and honestly I don't know why; I think I calmed down after a bit ;) I was able to put on a pair of ice skates and teach my kiddos how to skate on the ice with the help of ice walker things. It ended up being a lot of fun.

Clint Sanderson's Experience with 1Vizn

1Vizn for me has changed the way I think about food.  For years I have fought the over weight battle.  I always finish everything on my plate just for the sake of not wanting to waste food.  I have a hard time distinguishing my body telling me I am thirsty over hungry.  When I’m thirsty I eat, when I’m hungry I eat and when I’m not hungry I eat the most.  My satisfied feeling never likes to show its face. 

         

   One of the biggest situations I hate is the “I ate way too much feeling.”  No matter how long I would go without eating or how little I would eat at meals, after I was done I felt like my stomach was expanding and would have hard time breathing or not wanting to do anything.  I have tried many diets an always find success at first.  Then after I either stop or start cheating a little, the little cheating changes quickly to a lot of cheating all day and I go back to where I was. 

           

 After being the heaviest I have ever been at 263 pounds, my brother talked to me about a new diet pill he wanted me to try.  I was very skeptical because I have never heard anything good from a diet pill.  I tried a few products only finding my body responding in bad ways only after a couple of days.  My brother also told me it has an energy boost to it.  I drink a lot of caffeine so I had another “what ever, it probably won’t work for me,” thought.

             

I received a few sample pills and gave it a chance to see what would happen.  The first thing I noticed was my thirst.  It was almost like my brain told me to drink more, not eat more.  I drank a lot of water during my testing time.  My favorite feeling through the test was my hunger.  I didn’t have it anymore.  I didn’t feel like I was hungry, I felt like I could go all day without eating.  It appeared that my brain had disconnected my stomach from hunger pains.  I didn’t have the yearning for eating anything in front of me.  I would eat an apple and feel full.  I decided to give it a little longer. 

             

My first week I lost 7 pounds, my second week I lost 6 pounds and after a month I am sitting at 245 pounds.  I haven’t changed anything in my life style.  I am so thankful I was introduced to a product that works.  This will be something I take for a long period of time.

Journal Entry December 15th

So I want to begin that this is a Journal of both my husband and my journey with joining 1 Vizn. This year has had many challenges and we are learning and growing from each of them. First let me give you more of a background about 1 Vizn and how Clint and I were introduced.


Clint's Brother Dr. Gary Sanderson has introduced us to the product. Dr. Gary Sanderson is part of the Medical Board of Directors with 1Vizn.
